Our Anti-Spam Policy

We have a strict policy against spamming. We forbid the use of our broadcast text message system to be used in a manner that constitutes spamming. Our terms and conditions prohibit the sending of text messages to anyone who has not opted-in to receive such messages. We ensure that recipients of text messages from our system have the ability, at any time, to stop receiving such text messages by simply texting “STOP.” Upon us receiving notification of any act of spam on the part of any of our clients, we will promptly investigate and take appropriate action to ensure compliance with our anti-spam policy. We respect the privacy of other’s and understand that spamming is a big concern.

Our Definition of Spamming:

We consider text message spamming to be the sending of a text message to any subscriber’s mobile phone number who has not opted-in to receive such message.

We do not condone UNSOLICITED TEXT MESSAGES; NOTIFICATIONS; ALERTS; OR ANY MESSAGES THAT ARE SENT TO SOMEONE WHO HAS NOT PROPERLY OPTED-IN TO RECEIVED SUCH COMMUNICATION. Please let us know about any abuse, including any information as to the identity of the sender, your mobile number (to be removed); the date and time you received it and the contents of the message. Anti-Spam Policy Enforcement:

We reserve the right to terminate any customer’s account and participation in our service "for cause" if we deem that there is a violation of our anti-spamming policy. We also reserve the right to suspend any client’s account pending review upon receipt of any complaint or other evidence of any spamming activity.
